You can use your credit card to make the payment when you pick up the car. Contact us for more details.
The payment currency is US dollars. At the time of rental, the renter must present the actual credit card used for each online transaction, with available credit, in their name and the signature on the reverse must match the name printed on the card.

Also, the number printed on the card presented by the renter must match the number stored for the online transaction.
It may happen, communication problems may occur due to typing errors in the credit card information when you entered the credit card details. You can try using another credit card or contact your credit card provider.
You will need a credit card at the rental desk in the name of the main driver. The most common reason for the credit card is the security deposit that must be placed for the rental.

Yes. When you pick up the car, the representative will ask you to leave a deposit in case of Damage or Theft of the car during your rental. The amount of the deposit/guarantee will be temporarily blocked/charged to the main driver’s credit card and will be kept for the duration of the rental.

Once you return the car undamaged, the deposit/guarantee amount will be released/refunded to the credit card. The chargeback can take between seven (7) and twenty-one (21) business days, depending on the bank.

If for some reason the main driver’s card does not have sufficient funds for the deposit, the representative may not deliver the car or offer additional insurance/coverage to waive the deposit/guarantee amount. This is a common practice in all car rental companies.

The exact amount that you must leave as a deposit varies depending on the vehicle, so it is recommended to consult directly at the time of renting the vehicle.

The deposit/warranty amount is required to cover any missing fuel, speeding/parking tickets, or if you return the damaged, late, or dirty car.

When you pick up your car, the remaining amount to be paid must be paid at the rental counter. You will also need to leave a deposit for the car to be able to pick it up.
– Government taxes
– Local contract rates
– Credit card fees

Daily rental rates are based on a 24-hour rental day from the time of rental. The minimum charge is one day plus mileage, if applicable.

The renter will be charged for each hour and/or any part of an hour that exceeds the rental day, up to the applicable daily rate.

If the renter does not comply with the applicable rate conditions, including geographic driving restrictions, a mileage charge, surcharge or other fees may apply.

When a customer wishes to extend a rental, additional charges will be paid directly to the rental location at the current local rate. The original rental rate is not guaranteed during the extended portion of the rental period.

Take One Car Rental holds the renter responsible for the safe return of the rental vehicle in the same conditions in which it was rented, except for normal wear and tear.

Unless prohibited by law, the renter may be liable for all damages, including loss of use, should the vehicle be damaged in an accident, stolen or wrecked. This is the case regardless of fault. Regardless of who is at fault for the accident, the renter may be required to pay for damages, including the full cost of replacing the vehicle in the event of an accident or total loss.

Make sure any estimated damage to the vehicle has been properly recorded before leaving the rental location.
